KOSGEB

KOSGEB is a public corporation which was established in 1990 within the Law No 3624 on the purpose of enhancing the 

Manufacturing Industry Enterprises’s position in the economy. 

The actions devoted to SMEs of the manufacturing industry executed by KOSGEB in 1990-2009 was appreciated; thus, in 2009, the task of improving SMEs in sectors besides the manufacturing industry was given to KOSGEB either. The sectors under the liability of KOSGEB was resolved by the decision of the Council of Ministers numbered 2009/15431 published in the 18 September 2009 Official Newspaper No. 27353.
